Striving for Success
Success is something we all strive for; be it our work, relations, or any other aspect of our lives. So why is that only few of the so-called chosen ones or the lucky ones taste the sweetness of success and the rest of the group looks towards success as sour grapes.
Success is not something people are born with. It is a skill rather a set of skills which over time we learn, the only hurdle is that in our younger days our programming in this world tells us things which are not true and over time it is ingrained within our minds and it’s difficult to come out of this loop.
Reflections of a MAN
Imagine yourself as a computer and things take a whole new meaning and clarity. GOD created humans and human made machines. We all have heard that GOD created us as his own reflection so do you really think that whatever man has created is not a reflection of his own self. Computers are a perfect example to this.
As computers we also have our own systems. For computers we call it keyboards and for us it is our senses. We need to type on the keyboard to give commands to a computer and get results. In the same way our 5 senses work towards providing us command to do our daily work. For every computer there is a hard disk and we have our brains. The only difference being that the hard drive is a place where we save data as we require whereas our brain collects all the information which our senses provide and stores it PERMANENTLY. Yes permanently.
Now if we think about it how many times in a single day are we inputting data into our brains which is harmful to our success. By the time a child is old enough to understand things and attains a level of conscience he/she has heard the word NO millions of time. We are the only creatures on this planet who learn things by hearing the word no. Insted of saying walk on the slippery floor we say do not run on the slippery floor, and so on.
All this data when goes into our hard drives stays there permanently. Does it not make you think why we had so many dreams when we were young, why was that we wanted to have every new thing we saw on the tele and wanted to go everywhere. We were invincible, we were successful in our minds. But by the time the world hit us (the real practical world) we all forgot about it. Now things are more complicated, now there are more things we cannot do, now there are more things we do not dream about. All this is because of our beliefs.
Why this long talk for Success
Today I am touching on something which needs more clarification and over time I would be dwelling upon the elements of success. You may call this an introduction to something amazing, a life changing experience. But before I say my byes I would like you to think about something. Here’s a short story my mom used to tell me……
A story about success
Once upon a time there was a young boy who was intrigues by the mysteries of the world and wanted to find out the answer to the ultimate question
“Why am I here? What is my purpose?”
He travelled far across the land in search of these questions which plagued his very existence. Because of his young age and his quest he became quite famous but he was never satisfied. One day he met with an Old man who was very wise. The boy decided to walk with this old man in search for his quest. Each day the boy would ask this old man about a box he carried on his back, without getting any answer. Each day the boy would request the old man to let him carry his burdens but each time he got the same reply..” this is something I need to carry, because if this was not with me I would not have become what I a today in life..” He never let the young boy peek into this box. The old man said that the box contained a pebble for every mistake he has made in his life and pebble for every belief he has.
Days on end they walked together in search for the answers. One day the old man went to sleep in the cold winter night never to wake up. In the morning the boy decided to open up the box. But what he found was so enlightening to him that he found the answers to all his questions.
THE BOX WAS EMPTY
This is the story with all of us. When we think that there are hurdles in our lives and have beliefs like somethings are out of our reach we put a pebble in our box and over time these are the pebbles which way down on us and slow our progress. If we let our minds to open up we would find that the box has always been empty and light. There is nothing we cannot achieve or be successful at. It is only our believes which slow us down and makes us thing that we are not ment to be successful. It’s just a mindset which fails us more than anything else………..
I am going with my heart but next time I will talk about something more close to everyone. We will be discussing few of the beliefs in our minds and why I think they are not true…
With you in the quest for answers….

Hi Aryanveer,
It’s just the mindset which makes all the difference. Keep the mind open to new possibilities and new doors to success will open up

Its such as you learn my thoughts! You appear to understand a lot about this, such as you wrote the e-book in it or something. I think that you just can do with some % to force the message home a bit, but other than that, that is great blog. A great read. I’ll certainly be back.
